I have this book that I bought awhile ago. "a Writer's Workbook." I started reading it today and I am quite excited for it. Anyway. It has some exercises in it, to help you get warmed up and excited for writing. It is late and I am tired today, so I will just do one small exercise.
A perfect, symmetrical sphere. A never-ending round with countless uses. It is a flawless curve. So many meanings encased in such a small but also very large trinket. To one a symbol of love and affection, a dizzying pattern for another, or perhaps a utensil with which to drink the water of life. A circle.
